Today's Power Hour is full of fun loving movement and several new postures/movement patterns to open our hips and upper body. Have a block handy as well for some reclined core and glute activation. Take child's pose and modify as you need! Don't forget to smile.

Grab a block to use under your knee or hands for forward folds and lunges. Work on flowing balance including Dancer pose and warriors and integrate core and glute activation with your block after taking a restorative bridge pose. Enjoy, yogis!
