We pull out all the stops in today's restorative class inspired by yin yoga. Grab hold of your bolster and blocks (or pillows!) and rest your mat near a wall. We begin with seated movement followed by our twists with support of the bolster and more before our hip openers using the wall. Feel free to play your favorite playlist or sounds in the background and modify as you need.
